Half my job is assessing your business so it adopts AI in an organized way with real results — instead of flooding it with a dozen tools nobody will use.

A scoped pilot, with success criteria agreed up front. We learn fast and cheap.

I hand over the documented system, on your own infrastructure, so your team runs it without depending on me.
