Privacy Policy

This site is operated by Fransué under the trade name GestorProyectos (AI Project Manager), a consulting service in applied artificial intelligence. If the service later operates through a company, we will update this page with its legal name and tax ID.

• Contact details you give us voluntarily when you write to us by WhatsApp or email: name, phone or email, and whatever you choose to tell us about your project. WhatsApp also processes your message under its own policy.
• Site chat messages (“Talk to my agent”): what you type is delivered to Creacontec’s infrastructure, the site’s technology provider, and to a contact email so we can reply.
• Browser preferences: your language and visual theme (light or dark) are stored in your browser to remember your choice.

This site does not use third-party analytics or advertising (Google Analytics, tracking pixels, etc.). If we add any measurement tool in the future, we will update this policy before enabling it.

To answer your request, schedule a conversation or assessment, and deliver the service you hire. We never sell, rent or hand over your data to third parties for any purpose other than providing you that service.

Only with providers strictly necessary to run the site and the service: hosting (Vercel), email, the messaging platform you use to write to us, and the Creacontec infrastructure that handles the site chat.

To publish our videos on the @gestorproyectos-IA channel we use YouTube API Services. The channel owner authorizes our internal tool, through Google OAuth, to upload videos and manage their metadata (title, description, thumbnail, visibility and scheduling) on our own channel.

• What we receive: only the access credential (token) Google issues for that channel, and the videos and metadata we ourselves upload.
• What we do not do: we do not access other YouTube users’ data (viewers, subscribers or commenters), we do not store it, and we do not use this integration for advertising.
• Where it is stored: the token is kept in a secrets manager with restricted access; only our publishing system uses it and it is never shared with third parties.

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The Google Privacy Policy also applies.

In addition to our normal procedure for deleting stored data, you can revoke our application’s access to your Google data at security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect the data we process, including the credentials of our integrations.

You may access, update, correct and delete your personal data, and withdraw any authorization you have given us (Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 applies to people in Colombia). If you believe we did not handle your request properly, you may go to Colombia’s Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC).

We may update this policy when our tools or applicable regulations change. The current version is always published on this page, with the date of the last update.
