About me

For years I've worked in web development, design and marketing — and now I integrate it all with AI.

Anyone can build a demo. The hard part is that it still works six months later — wired into your systems, maintained, and used by a team that knows how. That's what I do.

Method

How I work

1

Diagnosis

I turn what you asked for into a brief with no room for interpretation, and I look at where you're starting from: what you've already built, what works and what gets in the way. Almost everyone skips this step — which is why almost everyone delivers, beautifully built, something nobody asked for.

2

Planning

I look outward — your market, your competitors, what your customers actually type into a search box — and inward: your documents, your processes, the way you say things. By the end, what your company knows stops living in three people's heads.

3

Design

Structure, copy and the full visual system, approved before anything gets built. This is also where we decide who will be able to edit what once the project is yours. Changing your mind here costs a conversation. Changing it later costs the work.

4

Production

I build in pieces and you review each one, instead of seeing everything on the last day. Launch lives inside this stage: shipping isn't a ceremony, it's the final step of building.

5

Follow-through

Support, maintenance, improvements and training for your team when they need it. You get the manual to run it, not a promise that I'll pick up the phone. What you don't get is the dependency.
